eRegister comprises public bibliographical data from the patent register as well as the full text patents and the correspondence between the Office and the applicants.

You can find data about:

• Belgian national patents BE ;
• European patents (EURO-PCT included) designating Belgium ;
• Belgian supplementary protection certificates (SPC) for medicines and phytopharmaceutical products.

The data are regularly updated by the Belgian Patent Office.

eRegister does not require any subscription and is accessible for all.

Please note that the application might be unavailable for a short time during the weekly maintenance windows, usually on Tuesday evening.
